Kates Playground Unofficial



Fifteen artists from six countries will star in the second Paz Sin Fronteras concert to be held in Havana, Cuba, Sunday September 20 as World Day of Peace. Participants are

Amaury Pérez (Cuba), Danny Rivera (Puerto Rico), Cucu Diamantes and Yerbabuena (Cuba-Venezuela), Juan Fernando Velasco (Ecuador), Jovanotti (Italy), Juanes (Colombia), Luis Eduardo Aute (Spain ), Miguel Bosé (Spain) Olga Tanon (Puerto Rico), Orishas (Cuba) Silvio Rodríguez (Cuba), Van Van (Cuba) Carlos Varela (Cuba), Victor Manuel (Spain) and X Alfonso (Cuba).

The concert will take place in the Plaza de la Revolucion "Jose Marti from 2 to 6 pm local time.

The stage is located in the same place where he built the altar for the historic church of Pope John Paul II in January 1998.

artists and organizers are asking that artists and the audience wear white clothing to symbolize peace and agree that the concert will not have political messages of any kind. Local artists and foreigners are limited to singing his best known songs. There will be presenters on stage. Admission to the concert is free.

The event will be broadcast live via satellite on Cuban television and the signal can be used freely in any country and any TV channel, website or radio station that has requested it and without any restrictions.

More than 160 journalists from around the world have been accredited for the coverage of the event and several TV stations and Web sites are planning live coverage of the second concert, "Peace Without Borders." A total of

128 people including artists, musicians, technicians and managers will travel to Havana for the realization of this concert.
